The 9th year rubber tree would give more rubber per kg, so the income would increase considerably every year.1 acre of rubber estate would have 150 to 200 rubber trees approximately.

Maintenance cost is very little; currently they pay Rs 500 to Rs 1000 for the person who looks after the rubber estate.

Engineering Coaching Classes – a Review

Well, when I was a kid I was staying in an Employees Quarters were there is 30 blocks and 200 houses. I think it was in 1990 then, there was not even one Engineering graduate in the whole 200 houses. But now in 2008 there is not even one house that do not have an Engineer (not just diploma, I mean BE and B Tech) today.

Thanks for the Engineering colleges, when I did Engineering in 1990. And 2 or 3 dozen DOTE 2 colleges. DOTE 2 colleges mean Colleges run by private firms.

When I was studying we were eagerly waiting for the study holidays, as we do seriously look in to the books only then. We do group study usually we had 5 units each carry 20 marks. So if we read 2 set of question papers prior to that semester, one can be rest assured that he can come in flying colors. We were so lazy that we five friends just study just one unit and the rest will be taught among ourselves.90% of the time the questions are asked only from the past 2 years question papers.

Today’s students are very blessed there are many Engineering Coaching Centers available in Chennai today. I personally know one of the Institute it is called TRIJAI CENTUM COACHING, it is located in Anna Nagar, Chennai, India. They give coaching for all the subjects in all the disciplines of Engineering, namely computer science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical ,Civil, Information Technology and many other Disciplines of Engineering.

They charge Rs 3500/- to Rs 4500/- per student per subject. Classes are conducted by the Lecturers and Professors from various colleges. They have about 100 + lecturers already in their coaching center. The student has the facility to take the fast track or normal track as per his wish. What will you do if you are not able to put the gear in a middle of Traffic?

Some times it happens that when you are driving, suddenly you may not be able to put the gear, most of the time the vehicle stops and you are not able to put the first gear. The remedy is that try to press the clutch alone one short push and one long Push. Things should be normal. This problem arises due to the clogging of the clutch. When you try the above you are removing the problem. Most of the time it solves the problem and you can drive home safe. If it is still not solved then there is a serious problem were you need technical assistance. For that keep the customer support number of your car company both in your mobile and as well written in a book and keep it safe in the car.

What will you do if the wiper is not working on a rainy day?

On a rainy day, if your wiper does not work, you cannot drive. To solve this try rubbing the car glass with tobacco leaves. When you rub with it, at least for a weeks time even a drop of water will not stick or flow on the car glass. This will help you to drive safely. • The sum assured will be paid to the family.
• The remaining premium need not be paid
• 10% of the Sum Assured will be paid for the Children Education
• At the end of the policy term the Amount Accumulated will be paid.

As far as I know the 10% of the sum assured paid also called as Income Benefit Rider is provided only by ICICI Prudential. I doubt if any other company is providing the same.
