Beautiful Tea Cup
One day in this beautiful shop they saw a beautiful teacup. They said "May we see that? We've never seen one quite so beautiful." As the lady handed it to them, suddenly the teacup spoke.
"You don't understand," it said. "I haven't always been a teacup.
There was a time when I was red and I was clay. My master took me and rolled me and patted me over and over and I yelled out, let me alone,' but he only smiled, 'Not yet'.
"Then I was placed on a spinning wheel," the teacup said, "and suddenly I was spun around and around and around. 'Stop it! I'm getting dizzy!' I screamed. But the master only nodded and said, 'Not yet.'
Then he put me in the oven. I never felt such heat. I wondered why he wanted to burn me, and I yelled, and I knocked at the door. I could see him through the opening and I could read his lips as he shook his head, 'Not yet.'
"Finally the door opened, he put me on the shelf, and I began to cool. 'There, that's better,' I said. And he brushed and painted me all over. The fumes were horrible. I thought I would gag. 'Stop it, stop it!' I cried. He only nodded, 'Not yet.'
"Then suddenly he put me back into the oven, not like the first one. This was twice as hot and I knew I would suffocate. I begged. I pleaded. I screamed. I cried. All the time I could see him through the opening nodding his head, saying, 'Not yet.'
"Then I knew there wasn't any hope. I would never make it. I was ready to give up. But the door opened and he took me out and placed me on the shelf. One hour later he handed me a mirror and said, 'Look at yourself.' And I did. I said, 'That's not me; that couldn't be me. It's beautiful. I'm beautiful.'
'I want you to remember, then,' he said, 'I know it hurt to be rolled and patted, but if I just left you, you'd have dried up. I know it made you dizzy to spin around on the wheel, but if I had stopped, you would have crumbled. I know it hurt and it was hot and disagreeable in the oven, but if I hadn't put you there, you would have cracked. I know the fumes were bad when I brushed and painted you all over, but if I hadn't done that, you never would have hardened. You would not have had any color in your life, and if I hadn't put you back in that second oven, you wouldn't survive for very long because the hardness would not have held. Now you are a finished product. You are what I had in mind when I first began with you.'
Our Life is also very similar to the Tea Cup. Each one of us would have undergone a lot of pains in life to reach the best stage we are at present. There is no gain without pain. So Enjoy & Passionately Experience every process that life teaches you.

The Charlie Schulz Philosophy
(This is marvelous!! Scroll thru slowly and read carefully to receive and enjoy full effect)
The following is the philosophy of Charles Schulz, the creator of the 'Peanuts' comic strip.
You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just ponder on them.
Just read the e-mail straight through, and you'll get the point.
1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.
2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.
3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America pageant.
4 Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.
5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress.
6. Name the last decade's worth of World Series winners.
How did you do?
The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday.
These are no second-rate achievers.
They are the best in their fields.
But the applause dies.
Awards tarnish.
Achievements are forgotten.
Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.
Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one:
1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school.
2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.
3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.
4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special.
5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.
Easier?
The lesson:
The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money...or the most awards.
They simply are the ones who care the most
'Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It’s already tomorrow in Australia !'

Your Weakness : An Inspirational Short Story
Your Weakness : An Inspirational Short Story
This is a story of one 10-year-old boy who decided to study judo despite the fact that he had lost his left arm in a devastating car accident. The boy began lessons with an old Japanese judo master. The boy was doing well, so he couldn't understand why, after three months of training, the master had taught him only one move. "Sensei," the boy finally said, "Shouldn't I be learning more moves?"
"This is the only move you know, but this is the only move you'll ever need to know," the Sensei replied. Not quite understanding, but believing in his teacher, the boy kept training.
Several months later, the Sensei took the boy to his first tournament. Surprising himself, the boy easily won his first two matches. The third match proved to be more difficult, but after some time, his opponent became impatient and charged; the boy deftly used his one move to win the match. Still amazed by his success, the boy was now in the finals.
This time, his opponent was bigger, stronger, and more experienced. For a while, the boy appeared to be overmatched. Concerned that the boy might get hurt, the referee called a time-out. He was about to stop the match when the Sensei intervened. "No," the Sensei insisted, "Let him continue."
Soon after the match resumed, his opponent made a critical mistake: he dropped his guard. Instantly, the boy used his move to pin him. The boy had won the match and the tournament. He was the champion.
On the way home, the boy and Sensei reviewed every move in each and every match. Then the boy summoned the courage to ask what was really on his mind. "Sensei, how did I win the tournament with only one move?" "You won for two reasons," the Sensei answered. "First, you've almost mastered one of the most difficult throws in all of judo. And second, the only known defence for that move is for your opponent to grab your left arm."
The boy's greatest weakness had become his greatest strength.
Today’s Learning:
We sometimes allow our weaknesses to be our downfall rather than using them to our advantage. We tell ourselves we cannot do something because we do not feel it is our strength. But, if we didn't dwell on our weaknesses, we may find that we could succeed.
The story reminds us of the quote by Thomas Edison, "Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up." We tend to give up rather than persevere. We all need to be reminded that sometimes what we perceive as our weakness could actually turn out to be our strength.

This too shall pass
mantra or suggestion which works in every situation, in every circumstances,
in every place and in every time. In every joy, every sorrow, every defeat
and every victory? One answer for all questions? Something which can help me
when none of you is available to advise me? Tell me is there any mantra?"
All the wise men were puzzled by the King's question. They thought and
thought. After a lengthy discussion, an old man suggested something which
appealed to all of them. They went to the king and gave him something
written on paper, with a condition that the king was not to see it out of
curiosity.
Only in extreme danger, when the King finds himself alone and there seems to
be no way, only then he can see it. The King put the papers under his
Diamond ring.
Some time later, the neighbors attacked the Kingdom. King and his army
fought bravely but lost the battle. The King had to flee on his horse. The
enemies were following him. getting closer and closer. Suddenly the King
found himself standing at the end of the road - that road was not going
anywhere. Underneath there was a rocky valley thousand feet deep. If he
jumped into it, he would be finished.and he could not return because it was
a small road.the sound of enemy's horses was approaching fast. The King
became restless. There seemed to be no way.
Then suddenly he saw the Diamond in his ring shining in the sun, and he
remembered the message hidden in the ring. He opened the diamond and read
the message. The message was - " THIS TOO SHALL PASS"
The King read it . Again read it. Suddenly something struck him- Yes ! This
too will pass. Only a few days ago, I was enjoying my kingdom. I was the
mightiest of all the Kings. Yet today, the Kingdom and all his pleasure have
gone. I am here trying to escape from enemies. Like those days of luxuries
have gone, this day of danger too will pass. A calm came on his face. He
kept standing there. The place where he was standing was full of natural
beauty. He had never known that such a beautiful place was also a part of
his Kingdom.
The revelation of the message had a great effect on him. He relaxed and
forgot about those following him. After a few minutes he realized that the
noise of the horses and the enemy coming was receding. They moved into some
other part of the mountains and were near him.
The King was very brave. He reorganized his army and fought again. He
defeated the enemy and regained his empire. When he returned to his empire
after victory, he was received with much fanfare. The whole capital was
rejoicing in the victory.
Everyone was in a festive mood. Flowers were being showered on King from
every house, from every corner. People were dancing and singing. For a
moment King said to himself," I am one of the bravest and greatest King. It
is not easy to defeat me. With all the reception and celebration he saw an
ego emerging in him.
Suddenly the Diamond of his ring flashed in the sunlight and reminded him of
the message. He open it and read it again: "THIS TOO SHALL PASS".
He became silent. His face went through a total change - from the egoist he
moved to a state of utter humbleness. If this too is going to pass, it is
not yours. The defeat was not yours, the victory is not yours. You are just
a watcher. Everything passes by. We are witnesses of all this. We are the
perceivers. Life comes and goes. Happiness comes and goes. Sorrow comes and
goes.
Now as you have read this story, just sit silently and evaluate your own
life. This too will pass. Think of the moments of joy and victory in your
life. Think of the moment of Sorrow and defeat. Are they permanent ? They
all come and pass away.
Life just passes away. There is nothing permanent in this world. Every thing
changes except the law of change. Think over it from your own perspective.
You have seen all the changes. You have survived all setbacks, all defeats
and all sorrows. All have passed away. The problems in the present, they too
will pass away. Because nothing remains forever. Joy and sorrow are the two
faces of the same coin. They both will pass away.
You are just a witness of change. Experience it, understand it, and enjoy
the present moment - this too shall pass!

Microwaved Water - See What It Does To Plants
Below is a science fair project. In it she took filtered water and divided it into two parts. The first part she heated to boiling in a pan on the stove, and the second part she heated to boiling in a microwave.
Then after cooling she used the water to water two identical plants to see if there would be any difference in the growth between the normal boiled water and the water boiled in a microwave.
She was thinking that the structure or energy of the water may be compromised by microwave.
As it turned out, even she was amazed at the
difference.
I have known for years that the problem with microwaved anything is not the radiation people used to worry about, It's how it corrupts the DNA in the food so the body can not recognize it. So the body wraps it in fat cells to protect itself from the dead food or it eliminates it fast.
Think of all the Mothers heating up milk in these "Safe" appliances. What about the nurse in Canada that warmed up blood for a transfusion patient and accidentally killed them when the blood went in dead.
But the makers say it's safe.
Never mind then, keep using them.
Ask your Doctor I am sure they will say it's safe too.
Proof is in the pictures of living plants dying.
Remember You are also Living. Take Care.

Ten Reasons to Throw out your Microwave Oven
From the conclusions of the Swiss, Russian and German scientific clinical studies,
we can no longer ignore the microwave oven sitting in our kitchens.
Based on this research, we will conclude this article with the following:
1). Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term - permanent - brain damage by "shorting out" electrical impulses in the brain [de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue].
2). The human body cannot metabolize [break down] the unknown by-products created in microwaved food..
3). Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by continually eating microwaved foods.
4). The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual [long term, permanent] within the human body.
5). Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit, or the human body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.
6). The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when cooked in microwave ovens.
7). Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths [tumors]. This may explain the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer in America ..
8). The prolonged eating of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells to increase in human blood.
9). Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.
10). Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability, and a decrease of
intelligence.
Have you tossed out your microwave oven yet?
After you throw out your microwave
you can use a toaster oven as a replacement.
It works well for most and is nearly as quick.

5 Ways To Build Trust
As a leader, when you are engaged to build a team and make a difference, you need to carefully examine your own behavior. Thinking a step ahead, we realized that the above findings are equally relevant to the organizations too, when they deal with their customers and build trust. Most companies loose clients/people either because they are not trustworthy or their people aren't. Walk the talk and talk the walk – that's the simplest formula for building trust as a leader, professional or an organization. |

Invitation for Billion Minutes Good Wishes Bank - by Brahmakumaris
Om Shanti
Have you ever wondered how you can help or reduce a loved one's and world's
suffering? Do you feel helpless?
Today is your chance to make a difference.
Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya who are also known as
"Brahma Kumaris" is launching a project to introduce participants to one of the
most powerful, fundamental laws of our Universe; the magical Law of Giving.
The Good Wishes Bank.
The universe is managed via vibrant exchange...giving and receiving are
diverse expression of the stream of energy in the universe. And in our eagerness
to bestow that which we seek, we maintain the abundance of the universe
circulating in our lives. Bestowing selflessly is the flip side of receiving. When
you earnestly give, you will receive! The best part of all this is that it will not
cost you a dime.
To participate in this project, all you need is to have pure thoughts and good
wishes for all the people in the world. It works amazingly with loved ones. Try it!
How to Deposit in the Good Wishes Bank?
Commit to daily giving or even better if you can give several times a day. Keep a
record of all your deposits. You can do this ANYWHERE; while you are waiting at
boring stop traffic lights, irritating traffic jams, tedious queues: Slow down your
thoughts from your current surroundings. Remember things that will invoke Good
Feelings then BESTOW from your heart;
Give something to everyone you meet e.g. not necessarily money; can be gift,
compliment, or silent blessing or prayer, sincerely.
Offering freely and joyfully, selflessly, enables you to receive. This is how it
works: You give someone something that you have now with you - freely and
joyfully. God via the universal law finds the best way to give back that energy to
you in some form. God gives you back in multiples, when it is most fitting, in
the most suitable way. It is a delightful process. Obviously, the more you give
the more magic you create for yourself. Life starts to work for you. Cultivate a
strong desire and determination to give cheerfully and freely, though without any
expectations of any return.
Happy Banking! For more information on this project, Guided Meditation, Plenty
