For the past few days I have been reading a book."Astrology the supreme science-1 -be aware of yourself C.C.C" written by Mr.Suresh an astrologer born in kerala and settled in Malaysia.
I am impressed by this book for one reason that he have approached this subject as a science rather than a fiction.He states about electro magnetic radiation,Sound energy and other aspects of science to support his view on Astrology.
He has listed his & Clients experience in life which turned out to be true as per his prediction.In this book he has detailed about both the indian and western methods of predicting horoscopes.He has discussed in detail about Atom,universe,Nucleus , Multiverse & Pancha bootha.
He explains about the Cosmic components confguration (CCC) & its impact on human life.He also describes about the planets involved in an horoscope and the energies given out by them.
The one which really admired me was about his view on global warming, he strongly feels that human beings are not the main cause for global warming and it is because of the planet as such moving in a different area in the galaxy.he has also sent letters to the UN supporting his views.
In the last chapter he discusses about the power of Nothingness.He has also discussed about Palmistry ,calculation models,mantra,yantra,tantra,mudra & Suthra
The interesting factor about the book is that he says who will read his book.Only people with certain combination in their horoscope will read this book which in my case was 100% correct.

Swiss Bank Declaration
Latest update after Swiss Bank has agreed to disclose the funds&.
Our Indians' Money - 70, 00,000 Crores Rupees In Swiss Bank
1) Yes, 70 lakhs crores rupees of India are lying in Switzerland banks. This is the highest amount lying outside any country, from amongst 180 countries of the world, as if India is the champion of Black Money.
2) Swiss Government has officially written to Indian Government that they are willing to inform the details of holders of 70 lakh crore rupees in their Banks, if Indian Government officially asks them.
3) On 22-5-08, this news has already been published in The Times of India and other Newspapers based on Swiss Government's official letter to Indian Government.
4) But the Indian Government has not sent any official enquiry to Switzerland for details of money which has been sent outside India between 1947 to 2008.. The opposition party is also equally not interested in doing so because most of the amount is owned by politicians and it is every Indian's money.
5) This money belongs to our country. From these funds we can repay 13 times of our country's foreign debt. The interest alone can take care of the Center s yearly budget. People need not pay any taxes and we can pay Rs. 1 lakh to each of 45 crore poor families.
6) Let us imagine, if Swiss Bank is holding Rs. 70 lakh Crores, then how much money is lying in other 69 Banks? How much they have deprived the Indian people? Just think, if the Account holder dies, the bank becomes the owner of the funds in his account.
7) Are these people totally ignorant about the philosophy of Karma? What will this ill-gotten wealth do to them and their families when they own/use such money, generated out of corruption and exploitation?
8) Indian people have read and have known about these facts. But the helpless people have neither time nor inclination to do anything in the matter. This is like "a new freedom struggle" and we will have to fight this.
9) This money is the result of our sweat and blood.. The wealth generated and earned after putting in lots of mental and physical efforts by Indian people must be brought back to our country.

We are like this only so true, so very true..........
1. Everything you eat is savoured in garlic, onion and tomatoes.
2.. You try and reuse gift wrappers, gift boxes, and of course aluminium foil.
3. You are always standing next to the two largest size suitcases at the Airport.
4. You arrive one or two hours late to a party - and think it's normal.
5. You peel the stamps off letters that the Postal Service missed to stamp.
6. You recycle Wedding Gifts, Birthday Gifts and Anniversary Gifts.
7. You name your children in rhythms (example, Sita & Gita, Ram & Shyam, Kamini & Shamini..)
8. All your children have pet names, which sound nowhere, close to their real names.
9. You take Indian snacks anywhere it says 'No Food Allowed.'
10. You talk for an hour at the front door when leaving someone's house.
11. You load up the family car with as many people as possible.
12. HIGH PRIORITY ***** You use plastic to cover anything new in your house whether it's the remote control, VCR, carpet or new couch. *****
13. Your parents tell you not to care what your friends think, but they won't let you do certain things because of what the other 'Uncles and Aunties' will think.
14. You buy and display crockery, which is never used, as it is for special occasions, which never happen.
15. You have a vinyl tablecloth on your kitchen table.
16. You use grocery bags to hold garbage.
17. You keep leftover food in your fridge in as many numbers of bowls as possible.

How to Maintain the Gloss of your Car?

Everyone would love to keep the new car (showroom) shine on their vehicle. QMI Paint Sealant is one of the only products that will help you to achieve this goal and keep that shine for a longer period of time. This application must be done under a roof covered area and should not be done in direct sunlight. Since, the application is very important part of this and following steps should be followed to achieve best result.
1. Wash the vehicle with good shampoo (car wash shampoo or even ordinary shampoo is fine) to remove all dirt and deposits.
2. Apply QMI Paint De-Oxidizer on a wet towel cloth (or cotton cloth) and rub on to the vehicle in circular motion pressing hard, so that it removes the dead pigments of paint and will bring out the original paint. Need not worry, as QMI Paint De-Oxidizer does not have any harsh chemicals – only mild detergents to remove the oxidized build-up on the paint.
3. Remove QMI Paint De-Oxidizer completely from the vehicle by using another clean cotton (dry) cloth.
4. Now, apply QMI Paint Sealant on a small (palm size) clean cotton cloth and apply in a circular motion on the vehicle so as to cover the whole vehicle. Let it dry (which takes 5 – 10 minutes) and now you will notice, white deposit (PTFE particles) on the vehicle.
5. Touch to feel that QMI Paint Sealant is completely dry. Now, use a good buffing machine at medium speed to make PTFE particles stick permanently on the vehicle. Instead, you may even use a clean cotton (dry) cloth (in case you do not have a buffing machine). However, make sure to rub the cotton cloth in a circular motion, pressing hard against the vehicle, to make sure it generates enough heat to activate SX-6000 – which will make PTFE particles to stick permanently on the vehicle paint and can be removed only by dirt particles, thereby, giving protection to your vehicle paint for a minimum of one year and if taken care of properly, may even last up to three years.
6. DO NOT USE HARSH DETERGENTS TO WASH YOUR VEHICLE.
7. USE WATER ONLY FOR WASHING VEHICLE, AFTER PAINT SEALANT APPLICATION. KEEP A BUCKET OF WATER AND DIP CLEAN COTTON CLOTH IN IT. WASH ONE PORTION OF VEHICLE, THEN DIP IT IN THE BUCKET (to remove sand particles) BEFORE USING THE CLOTH TO CLEAN ANOTHER PORTION OF THE VEHICLE.

What is Car Engine Ceasing Problem?
When does a car engine Cease?
As per the wikipaedia , the definition for car engine ceasing is
The diameter of the piston is a bit less than that of the
cylinderwalls,which is known as clearance,which is formulated for the smooth running of piston,but when the temperature inside the cylinder increases above a certain level,the walls of the cylinder and the piston expands.but the expansion ratio is different for both,as the cylinder is made of cast iron and piston with aluminium,which decreases the gap to certain level that there is no movement of piston,which is called as ceasing of engine.
Engine ceasing can occur like the example given below.
In practical life, due to friction, corrosion, oxidation and neglect causes wear and tear to the Engine. Studies state that the most wear takes place when an engine is started, before the oil can circulate and lubricate properly. The study also says 51% of our engines are low in oil & 45% are low in coolant.

Engine Treatment is not adviced for a brand new car. It should be done after 5000 km or more.

There is a service Apartment in OOTY where I stayed last month. It was one of the finest moments .I would like to share my experience with the viewers of this Blog.
The Salient Feature of the Service apartment are
Two Bedroom, Hall & a Kitchen
It is just 1 ½ km from the Ooty Railyway station. An Auto with minimal fare will take you to the Service Apartment. One can even reach the destination just by a walk, it is that near.
24 hours hot water facility is available.
Hot water for drinking is available.
Room Heater is available on request , one should pay extra RS 300/- per day for availing it.
As usual in all Service Apartment they have a fully furnished house with washing machine, Fridge, Dining table, utensils for cooking, Gas Stove etc
A care taker is available in the service apartment 24/7.
The rates to occupy the Service apartment depends on the season you visit

Blood Clot
This message is a email forward i received. Hope it will be useful for every one.
STROKE IDENTIFICATION:
During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) .she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.
They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening
Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 pm Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some don't die. they end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.
It only takes a minute to read this...
A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.
RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Thank God for the sense to remember the '3' steps, STR . Read and Learn!
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
(i.e. It is sunny out today.)
R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.
If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
New Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your Tongue
NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue.. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other, that is also an indication of a stroke.
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

Smart ULIP Policies
In Todays world every one is afraid on the performance of the Share Market. Every one is totally confused how the share market behaves.
People no longer think , investing in ULIP is a smart move as the changes are eratic.
For a common man understanding i will explain how the ULIP policies work.Let us assume some one invests Rs 1,00,000 in a ULIP policy. for easy calculation if 100% of his investment is invested in a market. If the Net Asset Value(NAV) is 10, He will be allotted 10,000 shares.
This money will be invested in various shares in different sectors. When there is a boom in the market the NAV increases and when the market crashes the NAV value decreases.
At the time of with drawal, if the NAV is 25. The investor gets advantage. If the Market cashes the NAV is low so he or she looses.
So every one is worried about investing in ULIP. As there is no gaurantee for profits.
TATA AIG has come up with a Smart ULIP Policy. It is called TATA AIG Life InvestAssure Apex.
The salient features of the policy is that
* One has to pay premium for only three years
* Minimum amount to start is Rs 1 Lakh
* This Plan is for 10 Years.
* The minimum sum assured is 5 times the first investment
* The Maximum sum assured is 60 times the first investment
The difference between this policy and the others is that. Every month 10th they record the NAV value, for the whole of 10 years there will 100 readings for the NAV value recorded.
When the policy matures the customer get the returns for the Maximum NAV recorded among the 100 readings.
So it is a win win situation for the investor.
It is close ended Policy . One can join before 18th March 2008.

A team of 231 Hindu Devotees have visited Shivalaya Temples in and around Chennai on the Eve of Maha Shiva Rathiri on 23d Feb 2009.
This is the 15th Year in a row that a team of energetic young Hindu devotees visited the Temples.
Shri Rama Gopalan, State Organiser Hindu Munnani was present in the Shivalaya Proceedings.
The Temples that were visited are

There is a Company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu,India called CarLease. They give car for lease.
If you plan to have a car through Lease .

If you plan to have a car through Lease .
This is how it works.If your planning to buy a car which is Rs 10 Lakhs (on road Price). Then you need to do the following
* Sign a agreement with the CarLease Company.
* The agreement is for one year.
* You need to Pay Rs 5 lakh to CarLease Company.
* CarLease will deliver you the Vehicle from the Showroom.
* You are not supposed to run more than 25,000 Kms in a year.
* If after one year you have not crossed 25,000 kms in a year you can give back the vehicle to CarLease after a thorough service from a reputed service center.
* You will be given Rs 5 Lakhs by the CarLease Company.
* In the 12 months time when you use the vehicle you need not pay even a single penny to the CarLease company.
* Suppose if you have used more than 25,000 Kms then you need to pay the CarLease company the rest Rs 5 Lakhs and take the Vehicle.
(Note :- CarLease is planning to charge 2% of the remaining cost . ie rs 10,000/-every month for the twelve months in a few months from now.As of now during the twelve months we need not pay any amount for the usage of the car)
If you want to Lease your Exisiting Car
If you already have a car. you can only do a Lease cum Sale through CarLease Company. This is how it works.
* Let us Assume you have a vehicle and when you purchased it was Rs 12 lakhs.
* Now the current market selling Price is 10 Lakhs
* You will sign an Agreement with the CarLease Company
* The agreement is for 60 months ie 5 years
* The company will pay you 2% of the amount to you every month. ie is Rs.20,000/- every month.
* CarLease company will buy your car any time after 12 months and before 60 months.
* When they buy the car from you they will pay you Rs 10 lakhs. So the 2% that you get every month is your income, and your car selling rate is 10 lakhs through out the 60 months.
I have leased my car and taken one as well. My experience with them is really good. This made me to write this Blog.

* Sign a agreement with the CarLease Company.
* The agreement is for one year.
* You need to Pay Rs 5 lakh to CarLease Company.
* CarLease will deliver you the Vehicle from the Showroom.
* You are not supposed to run more than 25,000 Kms in a year.
* If after one year you have not crossed 25,000 kms in a year you can give back the vehicle to CarLease after a thorough service from a reputed service center.
* You will be given Rs 5 Lakhs by the CarLease Company.
* In the 12 months time when you use the vehicle you need not pay even a single penny to the CarLease company.
* Suppose if you have used more than 25,000 Kms then you need to pay the CarLease company the rest Rs 5 Lakhs and take the Vehicle.
(Note :- CarLease is planning to charge 2% of the remaining cost . ie rs 10,000/-every month for the twelve months in a few months from now.As of now during the twelve months we need not pay any amount for the usage of the car)
If you want to Lease your Exisiting Car
If you already have a car. you can only do a Lease cum Sale through CarLease Company. This is how it works.
* Let us Assume you have a vehicle and when you purchased it was Rs 12 lakhs.
* Now the current market selling Price is 10 Lakhs
* You will sign an Agreement with the CarLease Company
* The agreement is for 60 months ie 5 years
* The company will pay you 2% of the amount to you every month. ie is Rs.20,000/- every month.
* CarLease company will buy your car any time after 12 months and before 60 months.
* When they buy the car from you they will pay you Rs 10 lakhs. So the 2% that you get every month is your income, and your car selling rate is 10 lakhs through out the 60 months.
I have leased my car and taken one as well. My experience with them is really good. This made me to write this Blog.

Personal Loan & Credit Card Defaultors
In this crisis of recession we find too many personal loan and credit card defaultors. There are only few percentage of defaultors who do it with a purpose.
Others are trapped, I mean they are given too many cards by various banks. The recession have made the condition more miserable.
In these condition Bank is employing all tactics to recover their funds, they call every day sometimes every hour, they send reminders , they send people home, they send legal notices, they send agents and what not.
There is no second thought that the person concerned has to pay his or her loan.
But at times, due to the financial crisis he or she is unable to pay his loan now. Even if he expresses his inability to pay at the current moment, the Banks are pressurizing the individual to the core.
They treat every customer as the same. no partiality, a customer who was prompt and is in the good books for years, if he is not in a position to pay now they take him for a ride.
I write this Blog just to tell others that genuine customers who are currently unable to pay due to their personal financial problems are mentally forced to commit suicide.
Their right to live is questioned. the mental torture they under go is tremendous.

Face Recognition Software
I have my photo Collection in Google's Picasa. offlate i found a tool in the Picasa. It is called Face Recognition Software. I thought I will give a try.
I uploaded my recent trip to Mahabalipuram with my in laws . After uploading all the photos to the Picasa web Album. I tried the face recognition software. It was running for 15 minutes it was just try to find the number of people in my album. once the process is done, to my surprise it showed all the photos of my younger daugther first and asked to do add her name, then it showed the rest of the photos and asked to check if it is my younger daughter.
Then I added all my family members names one after the other.
When it is almost done, the software asked me to identify few of them which the software found it difficult, I have a twin baby girl ,The beauty is that the photos showed by google where very difficult for me to find it if it is younger or elder daughter.
The software is really cool. Hats off to Google.

Tamil Satellite Channels
I am viewing TV write from the days when we had only one channel called Doordashan.The then favorites were the Friday Oliyum Oliyum and the Sunday Evening movie.
Today by the introduction of sattelite channels we have humpty number of channels.I personally felt there are a dozen of Tamil Channels available.
I just checked my TV today and found that there more tamil channels than i thought there are 26 Tamil channels. Which is really commendable. Here is the list for you.

Well, It is our common pratice that when ever we browse a website and if it is really worth watching again and again we used to save them in our favorites.

I use Google Book Marks to keep my favourites online.
How to use Google Book Marks
Visit Google's home page and click Google Book mark and add the tool to your browser.
How to Save your Favorites in the Google Book Mark ?
Then you can click that link and save them. The labels in the Book mark refer to our folders.You can store all bank
websites under the label Banks. all music websites under the name Music. I hope it is clear.
How to import Google Book Mark favorites to your Browser ?
You can log on to http://www.google.com/notebook/ using your google account. Then export the book marks by clicking
the tools link located in the upper right side of the page.The file will be stored as an html file. You can use your
book mark manager tools in your browser and import the same.
There by you always have your favourites where ever you go.

Webmail in GMail
I hope most of the readers might find the title of the Blog bit confusing.I will make it very clear.
I have a webmail account with Space2Host. They offered 2 mail ids with 25MB web space for both of them put together.
With the inflow of mails in my inbox it gets full in no time. I have to delete most of the mails to accept new mails.I usually forward the important mails to my yahoo mail id and delete the webmail for web space.
Today I found a permanent solution for the same. I configured my web mail account with google. The beauty is that my mail id and domain remains the same.I have about 7GB web space.Now i can have 50 email ids for my firm.
I am extremely happy for the same.If any one needs the same type of service please contact me by mail at prem@technosolutions.in

Blood Donation Camp
On 26th January 2009 , India celebrated its 60th Republic Day Anniversary. The same day TRIJAI Centum Coaching a leading Coaching Centre in Annanagar , Chennai specializing in Regular and Home Tuition Celebrated its 5th Medical Camp.
Along with the Blood Donation Camp their was Eye Check up and Diabeties Check up also done. The function was Organized by Trijai Coaching Centre and Community Health Implement & Literacy Development Society & Welcome Colony Association.
Dr.Victor Emmanuel , Dr V.Ramesh Ophthalmologist, Dr.Satheeshwari Diabetician were present in the Camp.
Mr.D.Jayakumar M.sc [Maths], M.Phil, MLIS, PGDCA the Director of Trijai Centum Coaching said that the residents near by Thirumangalam were hugely benefitted by the Eye Check up and the Diabetics Check up.Nearly 100+ people donated blood for a noble cause.
He also said that they will conduct this Blood Donation Camp every where.
