• Duly completed application form together with 4 coloured passport-size photographs;
• Certified true copies of all relevant academic / professional qualifications including official transcript from an accredited or Ministry approved higher education institution indicating completion of a post-secondary program;
• Photocopied applicant’s official birth certificate, travel documents and parent's marriage certificate;
• Non-English documents must be accompanied by certified English translation;
• Students whose native language is other than English must complete an assessment of English language proficiency such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL);
• Photocopied local sponsor's Singapore identity card (if applicable);

• Foreign students who require student pass visa have to pay an application fee of S$300 (subject to prevailing GST) upon enrolment.

There is a service Apartment in OOTY where I stayed last month. It was one of the finest moments .I would like to share my experience with the viewers of this Blog.

The Salient Feature of the Service apartment are

 Two Bedroom, Hall & a Kitchen
 It is just 1 ½ km from the Ooty Railyway station. An Auto with minimal fare will take you to the Service Apartment. One can even reach the destination just by a walk, it is that near.
 24 hours hot water facility is available.
 Hot water for drinking is available.
 Room Heater is available on request , one should pay extra RS 300/- per day for availing it.
 As usual in all Service Apartment they have a fully furnished house with washing machine, Fridge, Dining table, utensils for cooking, Gas Stove etc
 A care taker is available in the service apartment 24/7.
The rates to occupy the Service apartment depends on the season you visit

Season 1 (Peak Season)
Months :-Feb,Mar,Apr,May & Jun
Rate :- Rs 5000/- per day

Season 2 ( Moderate Season)

Yesterday I paid a car insurance for my client, last year the amount of insurance paid was Rs 7000/- This year as their was no claim the client got 20% no claim bonus, ie Rs 1,400/- So he need to pay Rs 5,600/- this year. Allegro Vision has introduced a health club card with unlimited coverage, a 100% cashless treatment.

The Salinet features of the Policy are

1. Unlimited coverage ( ie what ever be the hospitalisation bill it will be paid by the Allegro Vision).
2. 100% Cashless Service (All the bills of the hospital will be settled by the Allegro Vision).
3.They have already tied up with more than 5000 reputed hospitals through out India and is in the process of including 15,000 hospitals in India, For the list of network hospitals visit the link.
4. Blood Donor list through out the country is available for the members.
5. Consultant Doctors list is also available for the members.
6. Any individual below the age of 45 can avail this policy.
7. The policy becomes active as soon your form is accepeted with the fees.
8. The benefits of the policy comes into effect from the 31st day of the policy.
9. The mediclaim facility is available only when there is a hospital stay more than 24 hours.
10. Incase one gets admitted in a hospital that is not listed in the 1500 hospital list,then that hospital should have minimum 10 bed facility, 24 hrs medical service and also surgery facilities. In this case one needs to pay upfront and he will be reimbursed by Allegro Vision.
11. All existing ailments like Sugar,Heart problems,Kidney, Cancer patients can also get benefitted after one year if they declare initially.
12. Even if there is a need for a Organ Transplantation,it will be covered in the policy.

13. One gets Rs 2,00,000/- incase of a accidental death .

14. There are certain surgeries or treatments which can be done in 2 hours time and will cost few thousands. as this does not require 24 hours hospitalisation will not be covered in ordinary mediclaim where as in this health club policy this is also included , for example Hyernia is treated.
15.Critical illness such as   cancer · coronary artery bypass graft surgery · Ptca (angioplasty) angiogram · major organ transplant · end stage renal failure · heart valve replacement surgery · stroke · paralysis · myocardial infraction and end stage lever disease · bone marrow transplantation · Trauma care. are covered in this Policy.

16. Total disablement benefit .A sum at the rate of 2000 Rs per week for a maximum of 104 weeks in the plan year will be paid,

The cost of this premium is Rs 6,990 /- per year. and the rate is Rs 12,990 if it is taken for 2 years.
