Well,I have good news for 2007 & 2008 Passed out students in BE Computer Science, BE Information Technology and Bsc Computer Science & MCA as well.
Students with other degrees if they are really good in Computers will also be considered.
Coming to the jobs for 2007 and 2008 passed out students they have a new Job Plan.
The Students Should know atlest one of the following computer softwares
C C++,
XML or ASP
.net, VB
The students in above discipline should register themselves and take up a test.The screening Test starts from the first week of March 2009.
The test will be in Technical ,Aptitude and Group Discussion. This test will conducted for half a day in their office Premises and the results will be declared on the same day.
The students who have passed will be enrolled for six months contract job.
The Salient Feature of the Work experience is
* The candidate will sign a agreement with the company.
* It is not a Course , It is a real time experience.
* All candidates will have to undergo performance evaluation every month.
* Consitent failure in the Performance evalution will lead to loosing the job.
* After six months if the candidate performance is good they will be either absorbed in to their Payroll or they will be placed in their Clients Office in India or Abroad.
* Incase after Six month the candidate performance is not up to the industry standard, he will only recieve a Experience Certificate. They will not be given any course certificate as it is not a Training Institute.
* No Coding or Project Documentation will be given to the candidates.
