What do they do?.

They help you to solve all the existing problems that is pending in Government offices free of Cost.For Example your ration card, electricity problem, police and even judicial problems.

How do they do?

They use the Right to Information Act to the very Best.

For Example you applied for an Electricity Connection and you are waiting for months together to get a connection.You think that the delay is due to that the staff are expecting bribe to finish your job.

Step 1:- You should have the copy of submitting the application for getting a Electricity connection for the Electricity Board .

Step 2:- You have to wait for the normal time for execution for the same by the Electricity Board. lets say 45 days.

Step 3:- Even after 45 days if you did not get the connection. you can contact 5th Pillar for assistance. They will help you to send a letter to the EB Department using the Right to Information Act asking for the delay. According to the Act the Department is supposed to answer back in 30 Days time .

Step 4:- If the reply is not satisfactory or your job is not done, Using the Right to Information Act another query will be sent to the EB Dept. This Time to the Higher Official.

Step 5:- If the EB dept fails to reply or give service. the concerned staff salary and the officials salary will be deducted Rs 250/- Per Day to a period of one month.

Till date 5th Pillar has solved many Govt Related problems.
