BPO is the current trend , the next to follow is KPO.KPO will rule the next decade.
BPO is Business Processing,KPO is Knowledge Processing.
What is more interesting about KPO is that India will have 70% of the KPO business by 2010. that means a lot of people will get employed.The reason being India have more think tanks ,intelluctals available at a competative labour rates.
No more India will be considered as a IT- koolies. as KPO is about Knowledge and expertise.The whole worlds has already turned to India for their Business needs.
The bottle neck in KPO is that there will shortage of supply to the demand.by 2010 we need abt more people in the KPO segment ,but the current scenario will only supply 30% of the need of the hour.
