Are you worried that you are not able to watch the video un interruptedly due to your internet connection speed.Generally when you view a video two things happen, one you will view the video and the next is that the next portion of the video is downloaded on the back ground. generally the video download should be faster than the video you are viewing, only then you will have an un interrupted view. when your internet connection speed is very slow or at the peak time. the download rate will be very slow so you cannot view the video un interrupted.
To overcome the following you can do the following. Install Real Player in your system. When you have succesfully installed the software . try viewing the online videos as usual.

when the video starts running on the page . move your mouse on the video , you will find a blue button with the real player logo and it reads "Download this Video". See the image above.Click the link, it will start saving the video in your hard disk. in the mean time you can still watch the video from the web page or close the page and try to view another video. The video that you are saving will be saved on the back ground. there is no need that the web page has to remain opened till the video is downloaded.
Similarly you can download 5 or 6 videos on the same time. there is no limit for the number of vidoes that can be saved on the same time. once the videos are downloaded you can view the same from real player.The video runs normally with out any interruption as it is running from your hard disk.You can even delete the videos if you dont want them.
